With this form of implementation, our customers highly value the absence of play, wear and maintenance, as well as the way the joints can tolerate dirt. What makes these solid-state individual hinges most impressive is the significant reduction in the cost of construction and installation. For a swivel bearing, the joint replaces all of these elements: the bearing pins, bearing eye, bracket, rolling or sliding bearings as well as possible safety elements. Due to the monolithic design, classical design criteria such as bearing stress and surface pressure are unimportant. The transfer of loads takes place across the full cross-section instead of lines or points of application. This means that the weight can be reduced and optimised to a specific load and that the construction can be made more compact.

Our product series offers individual joints of various topologies and made from different materials for swivel angles of up to 112° and radial loads of 112 - 4600 N. On request, we can also cater to special requirements for loadability and spacial constraints.
